What I do
AI
Language models in business applications: document processing, compliance checks, workflows. In 2024 I delivered the first Mendix applications with generative AI components, together with AWS, for insurance and finance clients in Asia.
Data & BI
Data models, data warehouses and dashboards in Qlik and Power BI. SQL and data pipelines. Responsible for all BI at Takkenkamp; earlier BI work for CEVA and Schiphol.

FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank: Mendix Expert on GreenShield, the climate risk application, with a Camunda integration and a new design system. Further projects at Thuisnotaris, Morentz and Takkenkamp, where I am responsible for all BI in the organisation.

About
I studied Operations Management & Logistics at Eindhoven University of Technology, with an exchange semester at Warsaw University of Technology. That background is why I usually start with the process and the data, and only then with the application.
From 2023 to 2024 I lived and worked in Singapore. Since the end of 2024 I am back in the Netherlands and work as a freelancer through Globility IT.
